Over 35 years in the electronics and computer industry. An independent consultant since 1987 providing network design, installation and administration services, contract programming and software development. Since 1996 I have focused much of my time in the distance education and online eLearning field.

Much of my work involved customer service, helpdesk software and operations in the field service industry. I have personally designed and delivered software such as online stock tracking, helpdesk dispatch and logistics, POS backend accounting, mail and fax servers, eBook compilers, and many small Windows productivity applications.

I retired in 2008 and in my retirement I have narrowed the scope of what I do.
