TALKING COMMUNITIES TO HOST FREE WEB-BASED ACCESSIBLE WORLD SYMPOSIUM WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 3, 2004.
The symposium begins at 9:00 a .m.Pacific,1000a.m.Mountain,1100 a.m. Central, and 12:00 Noon Eastern time.
The mission of each Accessible World Symposium, according to Event Coordinator Pat Price, is to educate the general public, the disabled community and the professionals who serve them by providing highly relevant information about new products, services, and training opportunities designed specifically to eliminate geographic and access barriers that adversely affect them.
“There’s no cost to those who want to participate in this symposium”, explains George Buys, president and CEO of Talking Communities. “You can join with people from throughout the world and never leave your home or office.”
All you need to enjoy this live interactive event is to have a computer, an Internet connection, speakers and a microphone. Text chat is available for those without a microphone.
Approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of the symposium,

2) Select the link “Enter the Room Here.”
3) Thype your name and press ENTER.
A small software applet will download on your computer as you enter the room.
