FREE - Webinar at the eLearning Community
DATE: Saturday October 15th, 2005
TIME: 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM CENTRAL TIME
LOCATION: Chicago Halll http://tinyurl.com/av4l2
TOPIC: Advocacy, what it means how it works
DESCRIPTION:
What your computer can do to help you state and make your case. All government, and many agencies, businesses and service providers are now engaging an a frantic effort to put there customer service arsenal online. The resulting opportunity for us is that now we have access to many of the records, service options and tools to secure, track and review services we are interested in, have requested or are entitled too. But the trade-off is that now these entities have become more sophisticated and require more technique to navigate and abstract the information we need. To obtain effective results we need techniques for Making, stating, and tracking a case for our wants and needs.
